Dismantling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the transmission from the hydrotransformer.
2. Remove a multidisk brake of VZ 133 and spring laying 133b, having taken out a lock ring 133a from the transmission case.
3. Turn off bolts 11.
4. Take a multidisk brake B2 14 of the transmission case.
5. Remove a blocking gear wheel at "Parking" 15.

Assembly

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Assembly is carried out as it should be, the return to dismantling. Check and measure a gap in a multidisk brake of VZ. A gap "L" in a multidisk brake of VZ: 1.0 - 1.4 mm.
2. Establish VZ brake disks together in the order presented on an illustration and insert them in turn. Measure a gap of "L" between a lock ring 133f and an external disk 133a in three points. During measurement the lock ring 133f has to concern the top ring of the bearing in a groove of an external support of a brake 2.
3. Adjust a gap by means of lock rings 133f if it is necessary. Thickness of lock rings: 3.2, 3.5, 3.8, 4.1, 4.4 and 4.7 mm.
