Mercedes S-Class W-220

1. Remove multidisk couplings of K1, K2 and KZ.
2. Turn off bolts 7a and remove the oil pump 7. Turn off two opposite bolts in the case of the oil pump and take the oil pump from the hydrotransformer case, slightly tapping with the plastic hammer.
3. Turn off bolts oh and take a multidisk brake B1 6 of the hydrotransformer case. Turn off two opposite bolts in a multidisk brake of B1 and take it from the hydrotransformer case, slightly tapping with the plastic hammer.
4. Disconnect an intermediate plate 8 from the hydrotransformer 1 case.

1. Install an intermediate plate 8 on the hydrotransformer 1 case. The intermediate plate 8 can be used several times.
2. Wrap bolts of fastening of a multidisk brake B1 6 in the hydrotransformer 1 case. The adjusting provision of a multidisk brake B1 concerning the case of the hydrotransformer is defined by the directing finger on a multidisk brake of B1 (shooter).
3. Install the oil pump 7 and tighten bolts of its fastening.

4. Establish multidisk couplings of K1, K2 and KZ. On an illustration the oil channel E for coupling of K1 is shown.
