Dismantling and assembly of an output shaft with the central and back block of planetary gear wheels

42 — the Output shaft with the central block of planetary gear wheels
42a — the Needle bearing
42b — Teflon rings
42s, 43a — Persistent laying
42d — the Persistent needle bearing
42e — Laying

42f — the Lock ring
43 — the Back block of planetary gear wheels
44 — Coupling of KZ
45 — the Back hollow shaft
With — the Final oil channel for coupling of KZ
D — the Inlet oil channel for coupling of KZ

Check of a gap between laying 42e and a lock ring 42f

42 — the Output shaft
42s — Persistent laying
42d — the Needle bearing

42e — Laying
42f — the Lock ring
44 — Coupling of KZ

Dismantling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the transmission case from the case the hydrotransformer.
2. Remove multidisk couplings of K1, K2 and KZ.
3. Remove two visible teflon rings 42b from an output shaft up.
4. Remove a lock ring 42f, laying 42e, the persistent needle bearing 42d and persistent laying 42s from an output shaft.
5. Remove coupling of KZ 44.
6. Remove a back hollow shaft 45 from an output shaft.
7. Remove the back block of planetary gear wheels 43 with the integrated hollow shaft, the central block of planetary gear wheels from an output shaft.
8. Remove persistent laying 43a.
9. Remove a multidisk brake of B1 and the oil pump.

Assembly

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish persistent laying 43a by a cuff towards a vodil.
2. Install the back block of planetary gear wheels 43 with the integrated hollow shaft, the central block of planetary gear wheels on an output shaft.
3. Grease and establish three lower teflon rings 42b in a groove so that they were established together.
4. Establish a back hollow shaft 45 on an output shaft. Check sealing rings on a hollow shaft and replace them if it is necessary.
5. Establish couplings of KZ.
6. Establish a lock ring, laying, the persistent needle bearing and persistent laying.
7. Grease and establish two top teflon rings 42b in a groove so that they were established together.
8. Check an axial gap between laying 42e and a lock ring 42f. It has to make 0.15 - 0.6 mm. Adjust a gap by means of laying 42e. Thickness of laying: 3.0, 3.4 and 3.7 mm.
9. Establish multidisk couplings of K1, K2 and KZ.
