Dismantling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn off a ventilating cover 47 and uncover 45.
2. Turn off a nut 61 from a basic bolt, remove the plastic plug 60, a spring 43 and the filter 41.

3. On the pumps Vickers/LUK the tank 35 can be removed. Replace a sealing ring. On the pumps ZF it is cast together with the case 2.

4. Turn off bolts 25 and remove a flange 4. Check the lower part of a flange 4 for absence of damage and wear.

5. Remove a clamping plate 3 and a cam insert 6.

6. Remove a lock ring 18s the leading shaft 11. Replace a lock ring.

7. Remove a rotor 7 by means of the plastic hammer from the leading shaft 11 together with blades 16 (10 pieces).

8. Remove the leading shaft 11 from a flange 4.

9. By means of the screw-driver to a vypressuyta a radial epiploon 13s a flange 4.

10. Remove a lock ring 34a or 34b.

11. Take the valve of adjustment of a stream of liquid 32 and a spring 30 of a pump housing 2.

12. Fix the valve of adjustment of a stream of liquid 32 in a vice and turn out the valve 53 of the valve of excessive pressure.

13. Remove a sealing cone 51 and a spring 50. Check the contact surfaces of the valve of adjustment of a stream of liquid 32 and an opening in a pump housing for lack of wear or damage. If wear of sealing surfaces is defined, the pump needs to be replaced.
14. Check both sealing cones. Replace a worn-out cone.


Assembly

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Before assembly oil all details. Replace all sealing rings. If the new valve adjustment of a stream of liquid 32 is installed, pay attention to the correct pressure of opening of the valve of excessive pressure.
2. Collect the valve of adjustment of a stream of liquid 32, having fixed it E vice and tighten the valve 53.
3. Insert a spring 30 and the valve of adjustment of a stream of liquid 32 into a pump housing 2.
4. Establish a lock ring 34a or 34b.

5. Establish a new epiploon in a flange by means of a drift.

6. Further installation is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.
7. After assembly of the pump, check correctness of operation of the pump and lack of leak of liquid. If it is necessary, check the working pressure of the pump.

Dismantling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn off a ventilating cover 47 and uncover 45.
2. Turn off a nut of 61 basic bolts 46. Remove the plastic plug 60, a spring 43 and the filter 41.

3. Turn off bolts of the 36th pump housing 2. Remove the tank 35 and a sealing ring 21.

4. Turn off bolts 25 and remove a flange. Check a flange prileganiye surface for lack of wear and damage.

5. Remove a clamping plate 3.

6. Remove a cam insert 6. Check a surface of a prileganiye of a clamping plate, and also the surface of sliding of blades on a cam insert 6 for lack of wear and zadir.

7. Remove a lock ring 18 from the leading shaft. Replace a lock ring.

8. Remove a rotor 7 from the leading shaft 11s the help of a kiyanka and remove blades 16 (10 pieces). Check blades 16 in grooves of a rotor 7; they have to slide in a rotor easily.

9. Remove persistent laying 5.

10. Turn out all four nuts 40 of a pump housing by means of a key 010.

11. Check epiploons 39 and replace them if it is necessary. Take the piston 37 and a spring 38 of a stopper 40. Check the piston and a guide of the piston for lack of wear tracks and damages. If the piston moves in a guide with noticeable difficulties, it is necessary to replace a stopper.

12. Beat out a finger 19 of a pump housing by means of a drift.

13. Take the leading shaft 11 together with the plug 15b and a flange 14 of a pump housing.

14. Remove the plug 15b and check it.

15. Beat out a finger 17 by means of a drift and remove the clown 15a. Remove persistent laying 12 and check its state. Remove a flange 14 from the leading shaft 11.

16. By means of the screw-driver take a radial epiploon 13 from a flange. Replace a sealing ring 39a.

17. Check basic surfaces for bearings (arrow) on the leading shaft for lack of wear or zadir.

18. Check a radial epiploon 27 in a pump housing. If on the pump liquid is found, the transmission of an epiploon 27 will be a probable cause.

19. Take a radial epiploon and laying 28 by means of a stripper. Check the bronze plug in the case 4 for lack of wear tracks and damages and if it is necessary, replace it.

20. Remove a lock ring 34a. At removal of a lock ring be convinced that the pump housing is not damaged.

21. Take the valve of adjustment of a stream of liquid 32 and a spring 30 of a pump housing 2.

22. Fix the valve of adjustment of a stream of liquid 32 in a vice and turn out the valve 53 from the valve of excessive pressure.

23. Remove a sealing cone 51 and a spring 50. Check the contact surfaces of the valve of adjustment of a stream of liquid 32 and an opening in a pump housing for lack of wear or damage. If wear of sealing surfaces is defined, the pump needs to be replaced.
24. Check both sealing cones. Replace a worn-out cone.


Assembly

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Assembly is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.
2. After assembly of the pump, check correctness of operation of the pump and lack of leak of liquid. If it is necessary, check the working pressure of the pump.

2. Remove a sealing cone 51 and a spring 50.

 Attention! On some models the tank 35 can fasten on an arm 1a which privorachivatsya in turn to the pump 1.


Dismantling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Weaken a collar, disconnect a tube (shooter) and fix it sideways. Turn off bolts 46 and remove the pump 1 from an arm 1a.

2. Turn off bolts (4 pieces). Uncover 2k, check a sealing ring 2g, replace it if it is necessary.

3. On some models the pump 1 has the broad tank for adjustment of oil in the tank 35 located between the thermostat and an inlet collector.

4. The index of level of oil 36a with tags of "min" and "max" for check of level of oil is located on a cover of the broad tank 36.

5. Turn off four bolts 35a fastenings of the tank 35 and remove it. Check a sealing ring 2g, replace it if it is necessary.

6. Turn off a ventilating cover 35s and uncover 35d.

7. Turn off a nut 35e from a basic bolt 35i. Remove the plastic plug 35f, a spring 35g and the filter 35h.

8. Turn off bolts 4b on a flange 4 and remove a pump housing 2.

9. Remove a sealing ring 4h from a flange 4, check and replace it if it is necessary. Remove a clamping plate 8. Check an epiploon 8a and conical laying 8b and replace an epiploon if it is necessary.

10. Remove a cam insert 6 and fingers 6a. Check a surface of a clamping plate, and also the surface of sliding of blades on a cam insert for lack of wear or damages.

11. Remove a lock ring 11a from the leading shaft 11. Replace a lock ring.

12. Remove a rotor 7 from the leading shaft 11 by means of the plastic hammer and remove all blades 7a (10 pieces).
13. On the pump ZF: take the leading shaft 11 of a flange 4. On the pumps Vickers/LUK: at first remove 10 blades, and then remove the leading shaft with a flange cover.

14. Check the leading shaft for lack of zadir and wear on surfaces under bearings (shooter). If it is necessary, replace it.

15. Turn off bolts 4s (8 pieces) and uncover a flange 4a. Check a radial epiploon 4d and replace it if it is necessary.

16. Replace a sealing ring 5a. On the pump ZF: remove the plug 5f and the bearing 5g. On the pumps Vickers/LUK: remove a lock ring from the leading shaft, remove laying and the plug 5f from the bearing 5g.

17. Take the piston 5c and a spring 5d. Check the piston and a spring for lack of wear and damage.

18. Take laying 5h from ZF pump housing.

19. Fix a flange 4 between two wooden blocks so that it was possible to remove a ring 5.

20. Replace a sealing ring 5b.

21. Replace a sealing ring 4f and a conical ring 4g in a pump housing. Check a radial epiploon 4e and replace it if it is necessary.

22. Take a radial epiploon 4e by means of a stripper. Check the bronze plug in the case 4 for absence of damage and wear and replace it if it is necessary.

23. Take the valve of adjustment of a stream of liquid 2c and a spring 2j from a pump housing 2.

24. Fix the valve of adjustment of a stream of liquid 2c in a vice and turn out the valve 2e from the valve of excessive pressure.

25. Remove a sealing cone 2f and a spring 2d. Check the contact surfaces of the valve of adjustment of a stream of liquid 2c and an opening in a pump housing for lack of wear or damage. If wear of sealing surfaces is defined, the pump needs to be replaced.
26. Check both sealing cones. Replace a worn-out cone.


Assembly

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Assembly is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.
2. After assembly of the pump, check correctness of its work and lack of leak of liquid. If it is necessary, check the working pressure of the pump.
