Removal and installation of the blocking cylinder

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn off a guard 36a dashboards by means of a key 020 (models without immobilizer).

2. Take the L11 coil from the blocking cylinder (model with an immobilizer).
3. Put on the plug 011 a cover 36b and turn the blocking cylinder in situation "1" by means of a key.
4. Disconnect the blocking cylinder rotation of a cover 36b counterclockwise on 90 °.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Grease an external part of the blocking cylinder 36 with sealant and insert a cover 36b.
2. Install a key through a cover 36b in the blocking cylinder 36 against the stop. The groove (shooter) on the blocking cylinder 36 has to be combined with a groove on the lock of blocking of a steering shaft (shooter).
3. Install the blocking cylinder 36 in the lock of blocking of a steering shaft.
4. Turn a cover 36b with the plug 011 clockwise on 90 ° so that it was possible to block it.
5. Turn a key in situation "0" and remove the plug 011.
6. Tighten a guard 36a on the dashboard by means of a key 020 (models without immobilizer).
7. Press the L11 coil on the blocking cylinder.
