Removal and installation of the steering mechanism

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish a steering column in the extended situation.
2. Remove liquid from the tank of the amplifier of steering.
3. Disconnect conducting, pipelines and steering drafts.
4. Remove the lock of blocking of a steering shaft. The steering wheel should not have opportunities to rotate, otherwise the contact spring of A45 can be damaged after replacement.
5. Disconnect a steering shaft from a shaft of the steering mechanism.
6. Turn off bolts and remove the steering mechanism.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Install the steering mechanism in average situation.
2. Install the steering mechanism and tighten it to a support on a forward beam.
3. Further installation is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.
4. Fill in liquid in the tank of the amplifier of steering and check work and lack of leaks.
