Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a power shaft.
2. Remove a brake disk.
3. Remove blocks of the parking brake system.

4. Take a flange of a power shaft 10 (at the established wheel support).

5. Remove a lock ring 9.
6. Remove the radial-stop ball bearing 8 of a wheel support.
7. Take an internal ring of the bearing from a flange of a power shaft.

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Check an axial and radial beating of a flange of the 10th power shaft. An admissible axial beating of a flange - 0.03 mm, a radial beating - 0.03 mm.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.

Flange of a power shaft

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Insert a carving bolt 010j into a flange 10 outside and tighten it to an arm 010g.

2. Install the support plate 010d on a wheel support.

3. Establish a clamping plate 010f with a clamping bolt 010b through an arm and install on the support plate 010d again.

4. Establish a hydraulic press 010h between persistent laying 010f and an arm 010g. Turn off clamping a bolt 010k from a hydraulic press, then a bolt 010i an arm until it does not concern the clamping cylinder of a hydraulic press.

5. Screw clamping a bolt 010k a hydraulic press (the maximum moment of 40 N · l) until the flange of a power shaft is not removed. Strike with the hammer an arm (shooter). If it will be not enough, turn out a bolt 010i from an arm.
