 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The tension of a ridge belt is made automatically. It is necessary to check periodically a condition of a belt, and at detection of defects, to replace a belt.
2. The tension of a belt is carried out by an automatic natyazhitel and does not need check.
3. Switch off the engine, establish transmission in neutral situation. Lift and install the car on supports.

7. The tension of a belt is checked by strong pressing for it by a thumb and definitions of degree of its deflection. Measure the size of a deflection by a ruler. If the distance between centers of pulleys makes from 180 to 280 mm, then the size of a deflection has to equal 6 mm. If the distance between centers of pulleys is in limits between 300 and 400 mm, the deflection has to be 13 mm.
8. In the presence of one or several of the specified damages maple the belt needs to be replaced with new.

9. Correctly place a belt on pulleys. Even short-term work of incorrectly established belt can lead to its damage.
